A free newsletter about human resources, remote work, life, and all in between.

You are not just a human resources specialist, recruiter, hrbp, etc. You are an enabler, a creative, a maker. You are at your highest when you create an impact on your employees’ life.

I debate ideas in my articles in a non-traditional way, sometimes controversial. I have a strong belief that human resources should and will transform from a transactional and reactive job to a strategic and proactive one.

What up with this name, Lykeion, you ask? Lykeion is the name of the philosophy school founded by Aristotle in ancient Greece. Lykeion is the old Greek word for Lyceum, that in translation is highschool. In Greek ancient mythology, Lyceum was a temple dedicated to Apollo Lyceus (“Apollo the wolf-god”). Basically, I discovered the word a while ago, it stuck in my mind and I like it.
